4dtoto Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the binding terms governing the use of the 4dtoto platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to comply with all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 4dtoto platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with all related policies and guidelines. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 4dtoto's services.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 4dtoto ("Platform"). The platform reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
All users must be at least 18 years of age. The platform bears no responsibility if a user provides false age information during registration. Use of the platform by individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on 4dtoto. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. 4dtoto reserves the right to request identity verification at any time deemed necessary, including valid identification documents. Failure to provide such documents may result in your account being temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Please ensure your password is not shared with any other party. 4dtoto will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's negligence in protecting their login credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
4dtoto reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is any suspicious activity, fraud, breach of terms, or any conduct deemed to compromise the integrity of the platform. In certain circumstances, balances in accounts closed due to fraud may be forfeited. Users who are dissatisfied with an account closure decision may submit an appeal through our customer support channels.
User Responsibilities & Rules
As a 4dtoto user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You are not permitted to use the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or any conduct that could harm the platform or other users.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 4dtoto platform:
- Using software, bots, or automated methods to access or operate the platform.
- Attempting to compromise, infiltrate, or disrupt the technical operations of the platform.
- Bypassing or attempting to bypass any security measures on the platform.
- Sharing or selling account access to third parties.
- Making any false winning claims or manipulating game outcomes.
- Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension and, where necessary, appropriate legal action. 4dtoto reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 4dtoto platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept foreign currencies directly. Any exchange rate differences, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the user.
Deposits can be made via the payment methods listed on the platform, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and local bank transfers. Deposit processing times vary depending on the method chosen — FPX and eWallet deposits are typically processed instantly, while bank transfers may take up to one business day.
Withdrawals are processed within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method. 4dtoto reserves the right to request additional verification before approving a withdrawal, particularly for accounts that have recently had personal information updated. Minimum amounts for deposits and withdrawals are as stated in the Deposits section of the platform. Any attempt to redirect payments to a third-party account may result in processing delays or transaction rejection.
4dtoto reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any bonus, promotion, or free credits if there is evidence of abuse or violation of the relevant promotional terms. All bonuses are subject to the stipulated wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before funds can be withdrawn.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The 4dtoto platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we endeavour to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, we do not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical failures. 4dtoto is not liable for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform, including technical disruptions beyond our control.
Under no circumstances shall 4dtoto's maximum liability to any user exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trade names, software, and materials on the 4dtoto platform are the exclusive property of the platform or its respective licensors. You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from 4dtoto.
Third-Party Links
The 4dtoto platform may contain links or references to third-party services. Such links are provided solely for informational convenience and do not constitute an endorsement or approval of the relevant third-party content or services. 4dtoto is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
4dtoto reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via a notice on the platform or by email. The effective date of each version of the terms will be clearly stated. Users who continue to use the platform after that date will be deemed to have accepted the changes.
It is the user's responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms. If you disagree with any changes, you have the right to close your account and discontinue use of 4dtoto's services.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
